Once a package enters into the postal system, it is no longer the responsibility of Dead Good Jewellery.
Missing or damaged parcels can be brought to the attention of your local post office/delivery services.
I usually send with Evri, royal mail tracked for orders over £60 (at no extra cost) and fedex tracked for international.
All parcels are sent via standard tracked delivery, please get in touch if you have any further questions or requests.
Over seas shipping can take up to 10 days to arrive or sometimes longer.
I try to ship out as soon as possible as i dont live far away from the post office. So dont be suprised if your in the uk and recieve your package within a few days!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For worldwide shipping, please check with your local regulations that you are allowed to import the item i have for sale. For example, most of my wares are usually fine shipped worldwide but taxidermy and certain kinds of bone such as cat bone is restricted in some areas and will get held up at customs.
